MAUD // FRAM

They're so alike, they even share the same circuitboard! But when it comes to components and other configurations, they're a bit different.

As you might know; MAUD is the overdrive I always wanted to make, and I love it. But some of you guys kept asking for a bit more compression and a bit harder clipping. So I figured that I'd just change the diodes, maybe add another pair, put them on a switch, and call it the day? Easy peasy? But it turns out that changes done to the clipping, makes tone stack/filtering act a bit differently, and thus effects how the overdrive, well, overdrives.

So here we are, 4 months later..

It took a whole lot of parts-swapping, but I eventually found a voice in there worthy of it's own pedal. So... Think of it as a different flavour!
